We offer these recommendations to getting
qualified help: The therapist or doctor must be licensed. It
would be nice if they specialize in anxiety disorders, but if not, that
they take special interest in this field. But the greatest
therapist is somebody
who has suffered with this condition and has recovered and has gone on
to get their degree in counseling. There are not of lot of these
kind of therapists, but more and more. After your first visit,
ask
yourself if you were comfortable (hard to decipher when you have
anxiety)
and if you left with hope. The following list has been compiled
